Q : Can I send luggage and diving equipment beforehand?

A : Yes, please send it to our front desk.We will keep it until the day of your arrival.
Please provide your name and arrival date on the remarks column and send to the following address.

Q : Can I pay by credit card?

A : Yes,we accept American Express,VISA,JCB,Diners,Master,Union Pay and Discover Card.We only accept single payment.

Q : When does cancellation charge be incurred?

A : Cancellation charge is incurred 21 days prior to your scheduled stay.

However,in case of delay and/or cancellation of flight due to typhoon,we do not ask for cancellation charges.

Q : What is the cancellation policy in the case of a typhoon?

A : For our guests safety, the hotel will close in the case when Ishigaki Island is expected to be within the stormy area of a typhoon, including the period necessary for the facility’s restoration.
When flights are delayed/ cancelled due to a typhoon, or when the hotel judges to close, cancellation fees are not charged.
However, if the hotel has not closed but the guests decide to cancel their reservation less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival due to a typhoon in the Okinawa region, 80% of reserved room rates will be charged.

Q : Can I select the villas?

A : We kindly ask for your understanding to let us select your villas.

Q : How much in advance can we make a reservation?

A : We accept reservations up to 1 year in advance.

Q : Can I stay alone?

A : Yes,we accept guests travelling alone.Please feel free to stay with us.

Regarding accommodation of children

Q : Are children able to stay at the hotel?

A : Children of all ages are welcome at the hotel. Those at middle school and older (aged 13 and older) are counted in the number of adults.

Q : Is there a child room rate?

A : The child room rate is 22,000 JPY (include breakfast/ services and tax) for 4th to 6th graders at elementary school (aged 10 to 12) and 11,000 JPY (include breakfast/ services and tax) for those under 3rd grade at elementary school (aged 9 or younger). There are no beds provided, and the child may share the bed with an adult (over 13 years old).

Q : How many children can share beds with an adult?

A : 1 child may share a bed per 1 adult. In an One-bedroom Villa (capacity of 2 adults), maximum of 2 adults and 2 children may stay.

Q : Are there children’s meals?

A : We prepare children’s meals for children under 3rd grade at elementary school (aged 9 or younger). Please note that there is no arrangement for baby food / milk, so guests are requested to prepare on their own.

Q : Are there any special services for children?

A : Children’s amenities (toothbrush, room slippers, body towel, and handkerchief) are available, so please feel free to ask. Guests are requested to bring their own pajamas and other necessary belongings.

Q : Is there transportation available to/from Ishigaki Airport to JUSANDI?

A : We apologize for the inconvenience,but we do not provide transportation to/from the airport.
To visit JUSANDI, please take a taxi, rental car or local bus.
You can take the Yonehara Camp Line bus operated by Azuma Transportation and get off at Yonehara Yashi Bayashi bus stop.It is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop.

Q : How far is it from Ishigaki port(remote island pier)?

A : Approximately 30 minutes(3,000 yen)by taxi.

Q : Do you have parking space?

A : Yes,there is parking space available for 5 cars.(free)

Q : Can 5 people stay in 1 room?

A : We apologize for the inconvenience,but the maximum capacity per room is up to 4 people.

Q : Is there a non smoking room?

A : All of our villas are non smoking.Smokers can smoke outside of the villas in the courtyard.

Q : Is there internet available in the villas?

A : Yes,there is optic internet environment available. You can use wireless LAN.There may be areas of weak reception in the villas. Please bring your own computer.

Q : Can I stay with my pet?

A : We apologize for the inconvenience,but we do not accept pets.

Q : Do you have onsite laundry corner?

A : We do not have onsite laundry corner but we will take your laundry at the front desk.(with charge)

Q : Can I view the ocean from the villas?

A : Our villas are designed to stay close to nature so some of the view from the villas may be wooded with plants.
We ask for your understanding that the view of the ocean varies from villas.

Q : What time is the dining restaurant open?

A : Business hours are as follows/Breakfast 8:00~10:30/Dinner 18:00,18:30,19:00

Q : Should I make reservation for the restaurant?

A : Kindly be informed that there is a restaurant at hotel but limited for 5groups per day including the guests coming from outside.
Dish is a Ryukyu course meal used a lot of Ryukyu foodstuffs and it costs JPY 16,200 per person.
The last reservation is 2 days before from check-in.

Q : Can I just dine at the restaurant?

A : We kindly ask for your understanding that our priority is to serve guests staying at our hotel.

Q : Can you accommodate meal for food allergy?

A : Please let us know your food allergy in detail.
For your safety,we would like to communicate with you beforehand on how we can serve you.

Q : What time is your check-in and check-out time?

A : Check-in begins at 15:00,check out is 12:00.
If your arrival is earlier than the check-in time,we will keep your luggage at the front desk.

Q : Do you accept late check-out?

A : Yes,based on availability.
We charge additional fee of 33,000 yen until 15:00,66,000 yen until 18:00.

Q : Is there a beach near the hotel?

A : There is a promenade at our site that leads to the nearest beach.It is about a 3-minute walk.

Q : Is there a convenience store near the hotel?

A : No.The closest convenience store is approximately 25 minutes by car.

Q : Is there a hospital near the hotel?

A : Yaeyama Hospital is located approximately 25 minutes by car from the hotel.

Q : Can I arrange rental car at the hotel?

A : Due to our location, we cannot allocate rental cars at the hotel.
If you have plans to rent a car during your stay,we recommend you make a reservation beforehand.
We can make the reservation for you on your behalf,so please feel free to inquire.

Q : Can I swim in the pool all year round?

A : The pool is always filled with water,but it is difficult to swim during November to March.
Some people swim during the daytime when the sun is shining.

Q : Can you introduce me to a shop that handles activities?

A : We are pleased to introduce you to our partner shops.Please feel free to inquire.

Q : Is there an ATM machine?

A : No.The closest to our hotel is approximately 25 minutes by car where there is a bank,post office and convenience store.

Q : Can I rent a swimming suit?

A : We apologize for the inconvenience,but we do not rent nor sell swimming suits.We recommend you bring your own swimming suit as there are limited choices on the island.

Q : When is the high season for typhoon?

A : It depends on the year,but normally typhoon arrives between July and October.

Q : How are lost items managed?

A : From a privacy perspective, we will store your information appropriately at our facility until you contact us. However, if you forget your valuables such as keys or wallet, we may contact you.
As a general rule, lost items will be stored for 3 months, and items that have expired will be disposed of. The delivery method is cash on delivery.
